SHIPPING POLICY
At Emily Neill, we want delivery to feel clear and dependable from the moment you order. Here's where we ship, how orders are handled, and what to expect on timing.
1. Shipping Availability β Right now, Emily Neill ships across Canada. Orders placed from outside Canada can't be processed at this time.
2. Delivery Address β We send your order to the address you enter at checkout. It's up to you to make sure those details are correct and complete β a wrong or incomplete address can lead to delays or a parcel being returned to us.
3. Order Processing β Once you've ordered, we prepare and process it within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Order cut-off: orders placed before 6:00 PM (ET), Monday to Friday, may be processed the same day. Anything after that, or over the weekend, is handled the next business day.
4. Shipping Duration β Once processed and dispatched, your parcel is delivered by Canada Post. Estimated shipping time after dispatch is typically 8 to 12 business days (MondayβFriday). A few things can affect timing, including seasonal demand, transport or logistics constraints, public holidays, and busy sale periods.
5. Estimated Total Delivery Time β Delivery comes down to two stages: order processing (1β3 business days) and shipping (8β12 business days). That works out to an estimated total of roughly 9β15 business days from the day you order. These are estimates and can occasionally shift due to factors outside our control. Shipments are tracked end to end.
6. Shipping Costs β Every Emily Neill order ships free, with no extra shipping or handling charges added at checkout.
7. Secure Payment Methods β We offer several secure payment options protected by SSL encryption, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Amazon Pay. All payments run through trusted providers.
8. Order Tracking β Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking link. You can follow your parcel at any point. Tracking can take 3β8 business days to start updating after the package leaves the warehouse, depending on the carrier.
9. Failed Deliveries or Incorrect Addresses β If a parcel can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address given at checkout, it may be sent back to our carrier. Our team will reach out to sort a redelivery or another suitable fix. Double-checking your details before ordering avoids most hold-ups.
10. Delivery Confirmation β Once the carrier marks a parcel as delivered, we consider the order successfully completed. If a package is marked delivered but you can't find it, our team will help you follow it up with the carrier.
